2. The photo contest runs from March 16, 2010 through December 1, 2010. Entries must be received by 4pm on the contest closing date of December 1, 2010. Neither the sponsors nor the agencies of this contest are responsible for entries that are lost, late, delayed, misdirected, unintelligible, illegible, incomplete, postage due, stolen, returned, separated, damaged, or undeliverable entries or mail. 5. Each image on the CD must have in its title the category it is being submitted for, and the photographer's name.

6. Images containing identifiable people must also be accompanied by a model release form. Model releases are the responsibility of the entrant and must be available in the event the photo is a winner. Additional Model Release forms are available from david.bree@ontario.ca

8. All entries and contest materials received become property of the contest organizers and will not be returned.

9. To be considered in the contest, all submissions must be original, unpublished images taken of or in Presqu'ile Provincial Park.

This includes, but is not limited to, publishing your image(s) in print or electronic form for promotional purposes without further compensation, and the right to use the photographer's name as a credit along with the image(s). The entrant must own all rights to any images entered in this contest. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that publication of the images(s) raises no legal claims. Accordingly, you hereby agree to compensate the sponsors fully regarding any claims arising out of the use of your image(s). Images(s) previously published in full or in part in other publications, contests etc, will be disqualified.

11. Winners names and as many of the winning images as space permits, are scheduled to be published in a 2010 edition of the Presqu'ile Information Guide.
