Like a well oiled machine the volunteers put Christmas at Presqu’ile into motion. Under the direction of Joyce and Sharyn, the 300 plus volunteers selected exhibitors, converted the Nature Centre into a beautiful Christmas House and put on a fabulous display of Arts and Crafts.

Once again this juried show provided gifts for everyone and thousands of visitors from as far away as Windsor and Ottawa enjoyed excellent dry weather over the five days.  At the Stonehedge tearoom our famous rum cake was enjoyed.

Doug Comeau, Linda Barber and Rose Brown provided exhibitions of their art and showed how they apply their techniques at the Lighthouse Interpretive Centre.

For those who explored the Park, while visiting this 18th Christmas at Presqu’ile, Barred Owls were in abundance providing excellent photographic opportunities.

If you visited us this year, thank you, and don’t forget to mark your diaries now for 2010, November 6, 7, 10, 13 and 14.
