ATTENTION PHOTOGRAPHERS

The pandemic has put a pause on many of the Friends of Presqu’ile’s fund raising activities.  Despite that, we are committed to carrying on an ambitious program in support of our education and ecology programs. You can learn more about our current programs in the Newsroom.

We are planning a 2022 Fund Raising Calendar and we want you to be a part of it.  We are looking for your favourite photos of Presqu'ile.  The photos can be water scenes, trails and plants, animals of Presqu'ile, or the lighthouse.  We need shots from all seasons, but no people, please.  The photo contest winners will be credited in the calendar – that is your reward!!  We will also add all photos submitted to our photo library & you may be published in a future newsletter, web page or social media post – your work will continue to bring pleasure to our viewers.

Presqu’ile is such a beautiful park, there are so many ways you can showcase its charms. Pick your favourite high resolution digital image and submit it along with your entry.

The Friends of Presqu’ile Park is a registered charity run entirely by volunteers.  We are dedicated to promoting the natural assets and history of Presqu’ile Park.  What better way to do that than with a beautiful calendar showcasing that beauty?

These calendars will be sold in the Park Store, at Friends’ events and online so there will be plenty of opportunities to see your work!
