It is that bitter sweet time of year here.  The summer has drawn to a close – Our activities for the summer are finished, the kids have headed back to school, including most of our summer staff.  Sad but looking forward to the rest!  Not that summer is really over.  As most of you know the weather is usually fantastic in September, wildflowers are peak in the pannes and lots of birds migrating through.

The Lighthouse Centre and Friends Gift Shop will continue to be open weekends, 10am to 4pm, so don’t let a little thing like the end of August keep you from enjoying the park.
